I started this cookie company for a few reasons. I had started working out, was seeing SOME results, had a sweet tooth and discoverd this magical product called protein powder. Previously, I had been taking fish, chicken breast, eggs and nuts for protein. Hardly practical!

Our Protein Cookies will do the following for you:

-Automate your snacks OR meals for you. All varieties are under 100 calories!

-Portion control-each cookie contains 10g protein, 3-4g carbs, 3-4g fat.

-Tide you over until dinner, if taken around that 2-3 pm slump. That way, your blood sugar levels will remain consistant, resulting in NO LONGER CRASHING at work! Get home with more energy!

-Replace your current breakfast of empty toast, sugary cereals or those funny granola bars that multiply in your cupboard because you haven't found the perfect one yet.

I believe in offering you the best, most nutritious cookie without it appearing or tasting 'healthy'
I came up with the main flavours everyone loves (chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin) and added some more 'sophisticated' flavours such as Spicy Cranberry/Pumpkin Seeds, Chocolate Chip/Sour Cherry and Cinnamon Apple/Raisin.

Even very picky children enjoy our cookies. I've done many in-store demos and children from 5-19 all love them. They are not, however, a peanut free product, so not good for school snacks. We are working towards being peanut free!

People of all ages enjoy our treats which are all natural, no added sugars or preservatives and are portable for everyday use.

Our products are high in protein (10 g per cookie), low in carbohydrates (3-4 g), no trans fats, and high in fibre and omega 3 fatty acids!
